With research, I believe I have found the perfect lifestyle magazine for my research, "Are you a Millennial?" The magazine is called "Millennial Magazine". This is their statement:
"MiLLENNiAL is a lifestyle magazine profiling those who are shaping the world we experience. From cutting edge culture to simple life solutions, MiLLENNiAL is about our world, our way. For anyone who is living the “Millennial” lifestyle, we welcome you to join in the fun and start sharing your #MillennialLife."
What I am going to produce?
Front Cover -
- Title - GY - the reason I have decided to call my magazine this, as GY is initialled for Generation Y, formally known as millennials. The magazine's target audience will obviously be for millennials and therefore my documentary will be advertised in the magazine because of its link with the target audience.
- Cover price - £4.99 - with the context analysis I have done previously with the last two magazines, my magazine will be of excellent quality and high standards. Therefore I have chosen this price because it is the average price for a lifestyle magazine of good quality.
- Main cover image relating to the new programme - one person, close up shot because the shot will be iconic in the documentary and ideally creates a 'brand image' for the show
- Main cover line relating to the new programme plus at least 2 further lines - I will use a sentence/line from my mission statement that I have written from my documentary pitch as a cover line to engage the readers to then be viewers of the show.
I will do more research of what actually consists in a double page spread and how I can convert an audio-visual to a magazine article.

Is your magazine gender specific? Good ideas.
